DeFacto is a Turkish retail clothing company founded in 2003 that recently branched out to Palestine, including a branch store in the country’s “DeFacto” capital, Ramallah. Although considered an interim solution, Ramallah became the de facto capital of the Palestinian Authority and now hosts almost all governmental headquarters.
